Delivery and Returns
We deliver FREE of charge to Ireland, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France and Austria for all orders. For the others European countries an additional charge of 6 Euros will be charged.
Order placed before 2 pm will be dispatched as follow: up to 3 days handling time and between 5 to 10 working days delivery time, (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some product ranges may take 10 or more working days for delivery.
Due to courier restrictions in certain geographical areas or countries, additional charges may apply for large items. Any change of delivery instructions should be included at the checkout when prompted.
Delivery to more remote locations can take longer than stated, this is beyond our control and we will do our best to keep you up-to-date with tracking information.
Some items that are considered “oversized (large size carpets: 240x340cm, 280x370cm, 300x400cm…), can be shipped FOLDED.
All orders are dispatched using our range of trusted couriers such as: GLS, Hermes and DPD, UPS, TNT.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore we offer 14 days Satisfaction Guarantee. If it’s not the right fit for you, at CarpetsRugs.Ie, you can return most of the items or exchange them within the 14 days.
Condition of return:
Processing & handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. Rugs cannot be returned to us after the 14 days guarantee.
All rugs must be repackaged and returned in original packing material or equivalent packing materials (rugs must be completely covered in plastic for shipping and must be clearly labeled). We will not accept merchandise that has been soiled or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
The following items are all final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned: Rugs on Sale, Samples, Custom items, Made to Order items, Clearance items.
We deliver free of charge to most of European countries and we reserve the right that any product you want to return must follow the instructions specified by the seller, please see our Website Terms and Conditions.
Please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, together with your order and invoice number for the item you want to return or exchange.
Returned items will be inspected and must be deemed in the original condition in order to be refundable. Once inspected and approved for return we will issue a refund for the full purchase price. Refunds are processed in the original method of payment only. Please allow maximum 14 days for refunds to be posted to your account.
Exchange Due to Damage or Defect
If your order arrives damaged during shipment you can refuse shipment and note your reasons for refusal on the delivery receipt and notify the reason to us within 24 hours for a replacement order to be sent. Email to: email@example.com
If your order came defective and you need to exchange it, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, please include your order number, and pictures of the damage or defect item. Once we have verified the defect or damage, we will contact you concerning your replacement and additional instructions.
